If you raise a concern we contact you within 24 hours.
If you’re not happy with the outcome of your complaint, simply let us know and we’ll escalate the feedback or complaint to our senior management team to investigate further.
If you prefer to make an anonymous complaint, you can still use the FEEDBACK & COMPLAINT FORM. Or, if you wish to pursue your concern with an external agency, simply contact the NDIS COMMISSION.
